Who makes the art for Love & Fiber?
As the owner of Love & Fiber, I hand make each piece, nothing is outsourced or mass produced.
Can I change the size or color of a piece you offer?
Yes! I happily welcome custom requests for sizes or colors. Please note that colors are subject to availability and prices are subject to change based on size requests.
Does the height include the hang string?
No. The height is from the rod/wood to the bottom of the longest rope. The hang string can add up to 6" but can be removed if desired.
How long does it take to receive an item?
It takes me 2-4 days to make most pieces. Dyed fiber art adds 1.5 days to the process. Once your order is prepped I ship it ASAP. Most customers get their macrame wall hangings within 1-2 weeks.
Shipping policy
We offer free domestic shipping in the US. International orders have a shipping and customs fee that is calculated at checkout.
Return policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. No returns on custom orders.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
